    Lock it. A PIN or your fingerprint or face, if you want.

    Add an account and your income. A bank account or cash, and your salary or any other income. No bank login.

    Let bank SMS do the logging. On Android, CashRoot reads them as they arrive; anything it isn't sure about waits for your OK. On iPhone, a one-time Shortcut sends them in.

    See the picture. Money in, money out, what's coming, and where you stand now.
